Where is my package?
First and foremost, make sure you provide a valid email address when placing your order.
As the order progresses, you will receive a tracking number from our shipping partner by email so that you can track your package.
You can track your package at any time using our shipping partner’s tracking portal.

The Faith Brother team wants to ensure that your purchase from us always meets your expectations.
If you still need to return a product, we would like to make the return process as easy as possible for you. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods using our cancellation form (at the end of the right of cancellation page) or by email to info@ Glaubensbruder .com . Please include your full name, your order number and the reason for the return. As explained in the terms and conditions and right of withdrawal , the buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and initiate the refund process. Refunds are usually made within 1-2 business days of receipt of the return.
Depending on the payment provider, it may take 1-3 working days for the refund to reach you.
We use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction.
Has your order been canceled?
We are sorry that your order was canceled by us. Occasionally we may be unable to process your order due to stock shortages and our system has not been updated.
In such cases, we will cancel the order and refund you immediately.
